Scientific AI
Models and tooling aimed at scientific and engineering reasoning rather than open-ended generation.

011Computation
Our artificial intelligence work is oriented toward scientific and engineering problems — systems built for a specific domain, whose outputs can be inspected and checked rather than simply trusted.
A00Areas of Work
07 — ThreadsModels and tooling aimed at scientific and engineering reasoning rather than open-ended generation.
Systems that support teaching, explanation and guided learning.
Extracting structure and measurement from images and visual input.
Search and optimization applied to real engineering design problems.
Tooling that helps engineers write, read and reason about code.
Turning computed results into legible visual and spatial form.
Narrow systems built for one problem domain rather than general-purpose use.
R01Concept
ExperimentalRichard Imaging Machine AI
An experimental domain-specific AI concept intended to assist the 3DCR ecosystem with the interpretation and reconstruction of imaging-derived spatial information.
ScopeRIM AI is developmental and experimental until validated. It is not a diagnostic, clinical or medical system, and we make no claims about medical or measurement capability. Any imaging work is exploratory and directed at spatial representation research within the 3DCR ecosystem.
C00Direction
We would rather ship a narrow system that can be checked than a general one that cannot.
